ultrasonic  High Frequency Rotary Vibrating Screen  Sieve

Overview: The high-frequency vibrating screen uses a high-frequency motor, that is, a 2-stage motor (rotation speed is 3000r/min) as the excitation source to destroy the tension of water molecules in the slurry. The lower screen frame is discharged from the discharge port. The mud impurities larger than the mesh remain on the screen surface, rotate with the vibrating screen surface, and are screened out from the upper discharge port.

Features: Ultrasonic high-frequency screen can effectively process solid and liquid mixture materials, quickly realize solid-liquid separation, and filter out materials with different mesh numbers. It can remove a small portion of impurities of different sizes in a large number of liquid materials for rapid separation.
Application range: Size grading of dry materials, slurry filtration, etc.

Products Details

Ultrasonic high-frequency vibrating screen is used to screen glaze and other viscous fluids, using high-frequency vibrating motor, and equipped with butterfly frame, the height of which can be adjusted according to your work location and the height of the production line.● High frequency, low amplitude, vibration frequency up to 3000 times/min, can effectively reduce the surface tension of pulp, facilitate the separation and stratification of fine and heavy materials, and accelerate the passage of fine and heavy materials through the screen. ● The use of laminated screen mesh, the single-layer aperture increases, the screen life is increased, and the anti-blocking and wear-resistant. ● It can effectively deal with solid mixed materials and quickly realize solid-liquid separation, and the output is 2-5 times that of ordinary vibrating screens. ● Rubber spring support screen frame, vibration isolation and sound absorption, low noise, small equipment load, no need for concrete foundation. ● The heightened design of the upper frame can prevent the surface slurry from jumping during the filtration process. ● The movable frame can be installed, which can be moved freely in the workplace, the height is adjustable, the installation is not complicated, the operation is simple, and it is not easy to damage ● The unique screen structure prolongs the service life by 2 to 3 times, and it is convenient and simple to change the screen, and it only takes 3-5 minutes to replace once.

Ultrasonic high-frequency vibrating screen is also called high-frequency filter screen, referred to as high-frequency screen. It is an effective equipment for screening and grading fine-grained materials. or graded assignments. Different from the ordinary vibrating screen, the high-frequency vibrating screen adopts a 2-stage high-frequency vibration motor, and the speed of the vibration motor is 3000r/min. The tension and high-speed oscillation of the fine-grained materials on the screen surface, on the other hand, increase the probability that the materials smaller than the separation particle size will contact the screen frame, which is conducive to the separation and stratification of the fine and heavy materials and accelerates the sieving of the fine and heavy materials.High-frequency vibrating screen is mainly used in solid-liquid screening and filtration in the ceramic industry (slurry, glaze), paint industry, coating industry, and other industries, especially in the ceramic industry, the screening and filtration effect of glaze is very good. A high-frequency screen with a diameter of 600 and a 120-mesh screen can filter 2-3 tons of glaze in one hour.1. Frequency: The vibration frequency of the high-frequency vibrating screen is about 50HZ. It is precisely because of this high-frequency vibration that the material can be quickly separated, which is suitable for materials with high slurry concentration. 2. Angle: the installation angle of the screen machine is convenient and adjustable, and the installation inclination angle of the wet screening in the concentrator is generally 25±2°1. Loosen the screws of the tie ring, and remove the upper frame and the mesh frame. 2. Put the mesh frame on one platform and place it smoothly, remove the mesh frame rubber strip, loosen the upper and lower mesh frame tighteners, and remove the damaged screen. 3. Cut the screen with the required mesh, and the size of the screen should be 10 cm larger than the outer diameter of the upper part of the mesh frame (larger than the height of the mesh frame) 4. Lay the cut screen on the mesh frame, and the distance from each side to the mesh frame is even. 5. Install the lower mesh frame tightener first, tighten it slightly, pull the edge of the screen mesh to make the mesh evenly spread on the mesh frame, and ensure that all sides are completely clamped by the tightener, and then completely tighten. Press it with your fingers, the screen should have a certain tension, if it is too loose, it should be reinstalled once. 6. Install the upper grid tensioner. The tensioner screws should be arranged in a cross shape with the first tensioner screw and fully tightened. 7. Cut off the excess screen along the edge of the mesh frame, and put the sealing tape on the mesh frame. 8. Put the replaced mesh frame in the corresponding position of the screen machine, the distance between each side should be uniform, fasten the upper frame, and tighten the tie ring. Note: To install the grid tensioner, the lower one should be installed first, and then the upper one should be installed. The order cannot be reversed, and the upper and lower tensioners cannot be installed at the same time. In addition, pay attention to safety, do not let the wire edge of the screen cut your fingers.
